Booking conditions

  1. Caravan supplied with all bedding and linen (2 x double and 2 x single), tea towels, personal towels (1 per person) and bath mat. Please note we do not supply bath towels or beach towels
  2. No other people other than the person's stated on this booking form may stay overnight. Day visitors are welcome.
  3. The balance of cost of your holiday is due six weeks before commencement and is non-refundable.
  4. You are responsible for your holiday party and behaviour.
  5. No all male / female parties are allowed.
  6. One family member must be over 21 years of age.
  7. No pets.
  8. No smoking.
  9. Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
  10. No items of equipment supplied for your enjoyment may be removed from the caravan.  All damage and breakages must be reported to Mrs. P.C.A Pomfrey asap. A small charge may be incurred. Any breakages that are not reported which are found on inspection of the caravan after your holiday, the charge levied will be doubled.
  11. You must leave the property clean and tidy as you would wish to find it.
Note: It is advisable to take out holiday insurance to cover curtailment
